Graffinis Swimwear is entirely made to order. Therefore it might take a little longer to receive your suit than it would from a regular swimwear company. Then again, Graffinis Swimwear is anything but regular. Each suit is individually produced for the customer. Please allow between 1 and 2 weeks for delivery from the date of purchase. Thanks!
Graffinis Return Policy
All sales are final. No refunds. Exchanges must be made within 10 days of delivery date. Special orders cannot be exchanged. Item must have original tags and hygienic liner attached. Suits that are washed, worn, stained or soiled will not be exchanged. Prior to exchange you must call for a Return Authorization Number (RA #) which must be clearly printed on the box in order for us to accept package. We must receive item within 10 days of when the RA # was issued.
In the unlikely event that the merchandise ordered is damaged or defective we will exchange it at no charge. Once tags are removed from merchandise, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs.
Care Instructions
Graffinis Swimwear comes from digitially printed fabric. We recommend handwashing with a mild detergent and line drying your Graffinis suits. However, if you need to dry quickly it is acceptable to throw them in the dryer on low heat.
